INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 chicken breast
- 1/2 packet of 110 g achiote
- 1 cup of tomato puree
- 1/2 cup of orange juice
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1/2 onion
- 1 red onion filleted
- Salt and pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
- Blend the achiote with the tomato puree, orange juice and garlic to obtain a homogeneous mixture.
- In the pressure cooker, put the chicken, onion, the smoothie and 2 cups of water; cook for 15 minutes after steam escapes.
- Let the pot cool down before opening it, remove the chicken, shred it and put it back in the pot, season and cook to warm it up.
