INGREDIENTS
- 5 bunches of spinach
- 1/4 of cup of milk
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 6 eggs
- 1 onion filleted
- Salt to taste
- Vegetable oil
INSTRUCTIONS
- Wash and sanitize the spinach, drain and pat dry with absorbent paper towels.
- Heat the oil in a saucepan and fry the onion and garlic, until the first one is transparent and the garlic begins to brown; remove them.
- Mix the milk with the egg, season with salt and reserve.
