INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups of wheat flour
- 1 cup cream
- 1 each. of salt
- 2 bunches of spinach, chopped
- 1/4 of onion finely chopped
- 2 clove of garlic finely chopped
- 1 tomato without seeds and chopped
- 1/2 stick of butter
- 100 g Ricotta cheese crumbled
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Vegetable oil
INSTRUCTIONS
- Beat the cream with the salt, when it sponges, integrate the flour in parts and without stopping to beat to achieve an elastic dough; reservation.
- Sauté the onion and garlic in the butter until the first is crisp.
