At home we are very soups . We love it both as a starter and for dinner, as a warm snuggle on those nights of movies, sofa and blanket. Among my favorites are those that include chicken .
Chicken soup is one of those simple and traditional recipes that comfort us. In my case, the soup brings me back to childhood. The aromas and flavors of this dish bring me back to the table as a family in the same way that we do now at home.
We are already in winter and chicken soup is one of our favorite dinners, our little one loves it, he leaves the plate clean. Perfect to take on a daily basis and I could say that a bowl of this soup helps you feel at home.
We could think that the elaboration of a simple chicken soup does not deserve a special mention. The truth is that nothing is further from reality. Preparing a chicken soup with substance, flavor and aroma has its point.
Choosing fresh and healthy vegetables and a good chicken are the few tricks to prepare this well-founded recipe. The intensity will be achieved with a good piece of chicken, the better this is the better the result will be.
Celery, carrots and leeks are perhaps the most basic vegetables for the preparation of this soup, but we can always supplement the cooking with some other that we like.

Tips for a perfect chicken soup

I added a little parsley, even a little green vegetables (chard, turnip greens or spinach). I assure you it was also impressive.
