Preparation of chicken chickweed

  1. We cut the breasts as if we wanted to open them like a book.

  10. We put in the oven at 180ºC for 30 minutes.
  11. After baking, we carefully unpack the pamplonas and place them in a pan in which we have melted a nut of butter.
