INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cups refried black beans
- 1 chicken breast, cooked and shredded
- 1 kg of corn dough for tortillas
- 100 g of grated aged cheese n 3 marinated and chopped chipotle peppers
- 1/4 liter of cream
- Vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tomatoes
- 1/2 onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 3 arbol chili peppers
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano

INSTRUCTIONS
- Mix the beans with the dough, the cheese, the chilies, salt and pepper, knead to integrate them; take portions and form the gorditas the size you want.
- Fry them in very hot oil until they are cooked on the inside and golden on the outside; remove them and place them on absorbent paper napkins to remove excess fat.
- Blend the ingredients until you get a homogeneous mixture; Pour into a sauce boat and reserve.
