- Now it’s time to shape the pakoras. We are going to try to make them look like small disks. So that they don’t fall apart, a good trick is to flour our hands. Then we cover them with a little kitchen paper to remove any excess water they may have so that they do not jump in the pan.
- Once we have our pakoras assembled, we begin to brown them over medium heat until they are golden brown on both sides.
