INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups of Japanese rice
- 2 ½ cups of water
- ½ onion, chopped
- 1 Italian squash, chopped
- ½ carrot chopped into small cubes
- 2 eggs beaten
- 2 tbsp. of oil
- 5 tbsp. soy
- 1 cup of golden corn kernels
- 1 chicken breast in cubes
- 2 tbsp. sesame oil
- 2 cups teriyaki sauce
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 3 chambray onions
- 2 tbsp. black sesame
INSTRUCTIONS
- Wash the rice until the water runs clear. Cook with the water, cover and when it begins to boil count 13 minutes over low heat. Fry the egg in a pan with hot oil, when it is cooked remove and chop into small cubes. Sauté the onion with zucchini and carrot.
- When it begins to brown, add the egg, corn, half of the soybeans and the rice. Rectify the seasoning.
- Cut the onion heads into quarters and the tail into slices. Sauté the breast with the onion in a pan with sesame oil. Add the teriyaki sauce with half of the remaining soy and remove from heat when it reduces.
- Serve rice in bowls, add the chicken mixture, chambray tail and finish with black sesame. It is accompanied with soy sauce.
