Sandwiches, sandwiches or sandwiches are perfect recipes for preparing fast, simple and, in many cases, healthy meals.

A ham of the rich among bread, alone or accompanied by cheese, if it is Galician better than better, can make you enjoy it beautifully. The fact is that, sometimes, I give free rein to my cooking hobby and I start to curl the curl in the kitchen, and when it comes to sandwiches, things look easy.
The result has been a luxury sandwich that if I do not do it more times is because it does not come with eating only one, which is dangerous for my line, that is, it cannot be any better.
How always part of the secret of success is in the quality of the ingredients. A bread of the rich, a steak of beef in its point and the caramelized onion of which I am an unconditional fan, will make any sandwich become the sandwich .

Preparation of the Steak Sandwich or veal sandwich
- Cut the ciabatta in half and place it in a pan where we will have heated two tablespoons of olive oil.
- We lightly toast the bread and reserve it.
- In the same pan we cook the beef fillet to taste. In my case at its point, neither much nor little done. Lightly salt and remove from the pan.
- We assemble the steak sandwich starting by smearing the bread with the mustard.
