November is a great month for vegetables, the season of artichoke , thistle , cauliflower and peas begins .
Citrus fruits, lemons, oranges and tangerines finally arrive in the fruits … we already missed them after the long summer.
And in fish it is time to enjoy the sea bass and, whoever can afford it, the sea ox. On the other hand, the time has come to say goodbye to tuna, the fishing season is over and it is no longer its best time.
We are already in the middle of Autumn
Many fruits, vegetables and vegetables that were chilling in the summer are running out and already in the cold season we find weapons against colds.
Taking these seasonal products will make you avoid falling into most of them (if not all) by consuming all the vitamins necessary to combat this cold that comes suddenly.
In addition to these advantages, you should know that the vegetables you eat in Autumn have respected their natural cycle without using anything to alter their growth rate.

What to eat in November?
We have plenty of greens and vegetables available, which are at their best during the cold months.
The list of possibilities is delicious: Pumpkins, corn, radishes, cauliflower, sweet potatoes, broccoli, cabbage, mushrooms, onions, beans … they are just one example, but there are more.
With pumpkins we can make delicious creams and risottos , and it is also a good time to recover zucchini and eggplants on our menus (take advantage of cooking them stuffed ), chard, peas … the options are endless.
In fish and seafood we recommend you enjoy sea bass, sea bream (very inexpensive) and sea bream (especially before its price goes through the roof at Christmas).
Seafood is in season, it is delicious and luckily not too expensive. In December there will be no one to buy it so take advantage now to enjoy a tasty rice with crab or a clam a la marinera .
