  4. It is not necessary to reduce them to powder, we want to find small pieces in each truffle.
  5. Add the crushed cookies to the chocolate mixture, stir to integrate and pour into a container.
  6. We let the chocolate cool down at room temperature for a few hours.
  7. With the help of a spoon, we take small portions and shape them with our hands.
  8. We coat each truffle in the chocolate noodles and our truffles are ready.
  9. We must keep them in the fridge until we consume them.

Preparation of white chocolate and coconut truffles

  1. In a saucepan add the white chocolate, the coconut, the butter and the condensed milk. Heat over medium heat and, without stopping stirring, melt the chocolate.
  2. We pour the mixture into a container and let it cool down to room temperature.
  3. With the help of a spoon, we take small portions and shape them with our hands.
  4. We coat each truffle in grated coconut and our truffles are ready. We must keep them in the fridge until we consume them.

Preparation of milk chocolate truffles

  1. In a saucepan add the chopped chocolate and begin to heat it to melt it without stopping stirring.
  2. Add the condensed milk and continue stirring the mixture until we have a smooth cream.
  3. Pour the chocolate into a container and let it cool down to room temperature and store in the fridge.
  4. When it has acquired consistency, and with the help of a spoon, we take small portions and shape them with our hands.
  5. We coat each truffle in the sugar balls and we already have our truffles ready.
  6. We must keep them in the fridge until we consume them.
