Preparation of the pizza dough. Cauliflower base
- We wash and drain the cauliflower. We break it into small buds and grate. We put it in the glass of a mincer or food processor.

- In a large bowl, add the crushed cauliflower, the ground almonds, the egg, cheese to melt and another garlic powder, sprinkle with salt, Provencal herbs and freshly ground black pepper.

- We put in the oven 5 more minutes, until the top has cooked.
