INGREDIENTS

INSTRUCTIONS
- To make the dough: mix the dry ingredients, add 2/3 of a cup of warm water, the oil and the honey, knead to integrate and achieve an elastic dough.
- Shape into a ball, put it in a large bowl, cover with plastic wrap and let it rest to double its volume.
- On a clean and lightly floured surface, spread the dough and cover a pizza tray.
- Spread the oil and puree over the dough; Distribute the vegetables, season with the oregano, salt and pepper and cover with the cheese.
- Bake in a preheated oven for 25 minutes at 180 ° C or until the dough is cooked and the edge begins to brown; remove the tray, cut the pizza slices and serve.
