How to make a salmon toast with tartar sauce . When you consider bringing something to your parents or in-laws’ house for a meal on a specific date, it is best to keep it simple but spectacular.

The recommendation is an idea that I assure you has triumphed several times. It is a recipe where we use high quality raw materials, smoked salmon  with a very traditional sauce, tartar sauce . This dish is perfect for a dinner, fast, easy and healthy.

Tartar sauce is a sauce made from a base of a mayonnaise or mayonnaise sauce , mustard, pickles or capers with red onion. It is much better to make a small amount, almost adjusting it only for this recipe because it will last us only 2 or 3 days.

This sauce is traditionally used to accompany fish or chicken and its name comes from the French which means raw. It is a very easy sauce to make but with the acidity of capers it gives it a different and peculiar flavor. A very popular sauce that in addition to accompanying many recipes such as a Waldorf salad , you can also add it to a sandwich or sandwich, when you try it, you will surely use a thousand recipes.

In my case they were for dinner and we put them as a first course starter, for about 6 people. You can prepare canapé style for more people and of course smaller, in squares or triangles of bread. This subject to your liking.
  3. Spread the bread with a generous tablespoon of tartar sauce and on it the smoked salmon.
  4. We end up decorating optionally with some salmon or trout roe. We can finish with a sprig of fresh dill, it will also look great, it harmonizes perfectly with the salmon.
  5. Directly to the table and to eat. You will succeed!
