  • black olives
  • 1 can of anchovies in oil
  • 100g. fresh mozzarella

  • For the vinaigrette: 2 parts extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 part white wine vinegar
  • 1 clove garlic
  • Fine salt (to the taste of each house)

  1. We start by preparing the vinaigrette. In a bowl, add 2 parts extra virgin olive oil (50 ml.), 1 part white wine vinegar (25 ml.), and a little oil from the anchovies. We mix well.

Tips for a delicious Mediterranean salad

  • For the vinaigrette , a trick that I do at home is to transfer it to a glass jar, cover and shake vigorously. I also gave you a bottle of cooked food. This way everything emulsifies perfectly and leaves a soft and creamy texture. Try it, I’m sure you’ll like how it turns out.
