INGREDIENTS
- 300 g of cooked cannelloni
- 2 cups of spinach, cooked and drained
- 1 cup dible cream cheese crumbled
- 1/2 cup of Manchego cheese grated
- 2 cups of roasted tomato sauce
- 1 cup of whipping cream
- 3 tablespoons of butter
- 1/2 chopped onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup of Parmesan cheese
INSTRUCTIONS
- Mix the spinach with the Manchego cheese and the double cream cheese; salt pepper. Fill the cannelloni with the mixture.
- In a pot, fry the onion and garlic with the olive oil. When they begin to brown, add the tomato sauce and cream; cook for 10 minutes; salt pepper.
- In a large frying pan, fry the cannelloni a little with the butter and add the sauce.
- Serve and finish with some Parmesan cheese.
