INGREDIENTS 1 large nopal 1 cup of chopped spinach 2 cup pineapple juice 1/2 cup parsley leaves 1/2 cup alfalfa 6 tablespoons of honey INSTRUCTIONS Blend all the ingredients until they are completely integrated.
