  2. We mix everything with the help of a fork, until the ingredients are completely mixed.
  3. We beat the egg until it has bubbles, so the result is fluffier. Mix with the powdered ingredients that we have in the bowl.
  4. Next we add the milk and the oil. We combine everything with the fork in a conscientious way until we get a completely homogeneous mixture.

  3. We will see how it goes up little by little. Even in some cases it may come out a little, depending on the type of cup, but do not worry it does not pour.
  4. It is important that you do not spend time with the cup in the microwave: it can be dry and rubbery. 
  5. The times that I give you are approximate and for a microwave with a power of 800 W. But I tell you from experience that just like ovens, no microwave cooks the same as any other.
  6. The good thing about this cake is that you can try and try. That way you will find the times that best suit your mug cakes.
  7. Do not keep only one. Try one, two or three times until you get the type of texture you like best.
  8. Once the microwave time has elapsed, we let it cool for about 5 minutes before tasting it in the cup itself.
  9. We should not take it hot but it is also not advisable to let it rest for a long time. And much less leave it overnight for others as it hardens and is less appetizing.
  10. We add icing sugar to decorate.
